i adore your tiles! great job! I agree with you regarding soap stone vs. shiny granite. Can you tell me te source for the tiles? Those are all my favorite colors!

I’m concerned about lemon juice on aluminum foil, so I’d hold off on the lemon juice until after the foil is removed. I made this dish with flounder, and it tasted great!
